2020年、国連恣意的拘禁作業部会は、「日本の入管収容は自由権規約に違反している」という意見を発表しました。この訴訟では、日本の裁判所においても、日本の入管収容が国際人権法に違反していることを明らかにすることで、これからの入管収容のあり方を変えていきたいと思います。 In 2020, the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention said immigration detention in Japan violates the ICCPR. We want to clarify immigration detention in Japan violates international law and change it.
