CALL4（コールフォー）は、日本で初めての「社会問題の解決を目指す訴訟」の支援に特化したウェブプラットフォームです。
公共訴訟と市民をつなぐことにより、その社会的認知度を高め、また経済的にも労力的にも法律家が取り組みやすくなる仕組みを作ることで、この分野をより活性化したいと考えています。
CALL4 is the first internet based platform in Japan specialized in providing support for litigations aiming to solve social issues.
By linking public litigation and citizens, we hope to further invigorate this field by creating a system that will increase social awareness and make it easier for both legal and financial lawyers to work.

資金と人員が許す限り、原告や弁護団にライターと写真家を派遣し、ストーリーを配信することで、訴訟の背景事情にある人や物語について、
より多くの方に知っていただくお手伝いをいたします。
将来的には、市民が専門知識や技術といった方法で訴訟活動に貢献したり、プロボノ活動を希望する弁護士たちと弁護団をマッチングし、
かつ公益性の認証のお手伝いができるような仕組みなども整備していきたいと考えています。

手数料・サービス利用料などは不要です。

これらのサービスはいずれも無料でご利用いただけます。なお、クラウドファンディングについて、他社のサービスと異なり、運営団体である認定特定非営利活動法人CALL４は手数料をいただきません。お返しなどの設定も不要です。簡単にファンドレイジングが実現できます。 All of these services are free of charge. ケースページ作成方法 Case page creation method
ケースページを作成すると、クラウドファンディング機能等が利用することができます。
作成方法は以下の3つの手順でとても簡単です。

ログイン画面にてアカウントを作成。 Create account on login screen.
ログインメニューから「マイケース管理」をクリック。 Click "My Case Management" from the login menu.
「ケースの新規登録」をクリックし、フォームに事件の概要を入力。
承認されるとCALL4にクラウドファンディングの募集ページが掲載されます。
Click "New Case Registration" and enter the case summary in the form.
Once approved, CALL4 will post a crowdfunding recruitment page.
またピックアップケースに選ばれると、CALL4からライターと写真家が派遣され、事件に関するストーリーページが無料で作成されます。
これにより、多くの方に事件の背景事情を知っていただくお手伝いをいたします。

ケースページ作成条件 Case page creation conditions
ケースページ作成の条件は以下の3点です。 The conditions for case page creation are the following 3 points.

条件1 Condition 1
事件ページの作成は原則として原告名義で行う必要があります。
（原告の支援団体を含む。） In principle, the case page must be created under the name of the plaintiff (including plaintiffs' support groups).弁護士名義での作成は例外的な場合とするようお願いしています。 Creation in the name of a lawyer is requested to be an exceptional case.

訴訟の相手方は国・自治体に限定しております。 The other party of the lawsuit is limited to the state / local government.
私人（大企業を含む）を相手方とする訴訟に関しては、ご利用いただけません。 また、刑事事件については、法律の解釈適用が争いになる事件に限ります（事実認定に争いがある事件を除きます。）。 今後の運用により範囲を広げることを検討しておりますが、当面の間、上記の事件に限定いたします。何卒ご理解ください。 The other party of the lawsuit is limited to the state / local government. 何が「社会問題の解決を目指す訴訟」であるかは非常に難しい問題です。法律家ごとに定義が異なるかもしれません。 当面の間は試行錯誤が続くかと思いますが、ケースを当サイトに掲載するか否かは当団体にて判断させていただきます。 ただ、できる限り広く捉えたいと考えていますので、公共性があるとお考えの場合は是非ご利用をご検討ください。 The condition is that the lawsuit seeks to resolve social issues.
