2022年8月25日、東京高裁での控訴審判決を受け、田中まさお先生（原告）は最高裁への上告を決断されました。
控訴審まで寄付やコメント、署名等でお気持ちを寄せていただいた皆様ありがとうございました。
クラウドファンディング でも多くの方にご支援をいただいたことで、意見書を書いてくださった先生への謝礼や、未払いだった代理人の先生への着手金などをお支払いすることができました。
しかしまだ、最高裁でもう1歩、もう1歩進めるために、先生方は今も力を尽くしてくださっています。
新たな意見書も提出する予定です。もう少しだけ、皆様のお力をお貸しいただけないでしょうか。
お願いばかりで恐縮ですが、引き続きのご支援賜りますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。
最高裁の期日等、進捗があればまたこちらでご案内をさせていただきます。

On August 25, 2022, Dr. Masao Tanaka (plaintiff) decided to appeal to the Supreme Court in response to the appeal decision of the Tokyo High Court.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out to the appeals court with donations, comments, signatures, etc.
Thanks to the support of many people through crowdfunding, we were able to pay the teacher who wrote the written opinion, as well as the unpaid start fee to the proxy teacher. .
However, the professors are still doing their best to take the Supreme Court one step further.
We are planning to submit a new opinion. Could you please lend me your strength just a little more?
I apologize for asking all of you, but I sincerely hope that you will continue to support us.
If there is any progress, such as the date of the Supreme Court, we will inform you here again.
