イラク戦争に関して、当時の外務省の対応が適切であったかについての検証結果が取りまとめられた報告書が非公開とされ簡単な概要のみの公表となったため、情報公開を求めたところ不開示との決定がされました。この不開示処分の取消し及び不開示部分につき開示決定の義務付けを求めた事件です。
