新たなケースとして、「鬼怒川大水害訴訟」が掲載されました。
2015年9月9日の「平成２７年９月関東・東北豪雨」によって大水害の被害を受けた鬼怒川流域の人々が原告になり、河川行政の誤りを問うものです。
2018年8月に提訴され、期日が重ねられています。

As a new case, the “Kinugawa Huge Flood Litigation” has been published.
People of the Kinugawa basin that suffered great floods by Kanto and Tohoku heavy rain on September 9, 2015 become plaintiffs and ask questions about river administration errors.
It was filed in August 2018.
