「この社会の未来を考える言葉を取り戻すために - 「18歳未満にも選挙で応援する自由を」訴訟を歩んだ若者たちと弁護団のストーリー」と題する新しいストーリーを掲載しました。
選挙期間中に、特定の候補者の当選を目的として行う「選挙運動」。現在の公職選挙法は、未成年者によるこの選挙運動を全面禁止しています。もし未成年者が選挙運動をした場合には、刑罰が科されてしまうのです。

なお、本訴訟は、明後日9月25日(金) 15:00に、東京地裁で判決の言い渡しが予定されています。
We have published a new story titled "To Reclaim the Words We Can Use to Think About the Future of This Society - The Story of the Young People and Their Legal Team Who Went Through the 'Freedom to Support Candidates in Elections Even for Those Under 18' Lawsuit ." Election campaigning, which is conducted during election periods with the aim of getting a specific candidate elected, is currently prohibited entirely by minors under the Public Offices Election Act.
