新たなコラム【悩みと、ヒントと、これからと。原告になる、ということ｜6周年「CALL4フェス」トークライブレポート】を公開しました。
2025年9月に東京で開催した「6周年記念CALL4フェス」、1日目に行われたトークセッションPart3の内容をレポートした記事です。
公共訴訟は、声をあげる原告の存在によって初めて社会に問いを投げかけ、議論を動かしていきます。しかし、原告としての道のりには大きな負担も伴います。そこで、これまで個々の裁判を超えて語られることの少なかったその経験や思いを、原告を経験する３名に直接伺って、ともに受け止め、ともに考える場をひらきました。その模様をお届けします。

This article reports on Part 3 of the talk session held on the first day of the "6th Anniversary CALL4 Fest," held in Tokyo in September 2025.
Public lawsuits only raise questions in society and move the debate forward when plaintiffs speak out. However, the journey of being a plaintiff also comes with a heavy burden. Therefore, we spoke directly with three former plaintiffs about their experiences and thoughts, which have rarely been discussed beyond individual lawsuits until now, and created a space for us to listen to and think together. We share the details of what happened.
