新たなコラム【みんなの実践から学ぶ、伝える力で社会に広げる公共訴訟｜6周年「CALL4フェス」トークライブレポート】を公開しました。
2025年9月に東京で開催した「6周年記念CALL4フェス」、1日目に行われたトークセッションPart2の内容をレポートした記事です。
支援の輪を広げ、社会の変化を促していくためにも、公共訴訟に人々の関心を集めることは大切です。けれど、それはなかなかに難しいもの。
本企画は、公共訴訟の実践者のリアルなお悩みを取り上げて、訴訟のクラファン活用の道を切り拓いた亀石弁護士と、日本初の公共訴訟キャンペーナーである丸山さんをゲストに迎えつつ、参加者とともに知恵を出し合ったセッションの内容をまとめたものです。

This article reports on Part 2 of the talk session held on the first day of the "6th Anniversary CALL4 Fest," held in Tokyo in September 2025.
It is important to attract people's attention to public litigation in order to expand the circle of support and promote social change. However, this can be quite difficult.
This project addresses the real concerns of public litigation practitioners and compiles the contents of a session in which participants shared their ideas with guests Kameishi, a lawyer who pioneered the use of crowdfunding in litigation, and Maruyama, Japan's first public litigation campaigner.
