This is a video of Mr. Eguchi and his defense team having a conversation while watching interrogation footage.

It is based on the contents of Mr. Eguchi's interrogation of the plaintiff himself in the lawsuit, and also includes the opinions of the defense team.

Thank you very much for your support and messages for the ``Litigation Questioning Japan's Right to Stay Silent.''

 We will continue to do our best so that this can be the beginning of a change in criminal practice that disregards the right to remain silent.

 Today, we have submitted the "Plaintiff Preparation Document (3)" based on the evidence we have examined so far, and will be posting it as a litigation document.

In addition, the written opinion written by Professor Shota Abe (Kwansei Gakuin University), which had already been submitted as evidence, is also posted as litigation material (evidence).

 Professor Abe's written opinion provides theoretical support for the plaintiff's argument in this lawsuit, and his argument is very thorough and persuasive.

 I hope that as many people as possible will read this book.

 In order to disseminate further information, we plan to upload and publish videos on the plaintiff's attorney's team's YouTube channel in the near future.
