2月13日㈭に、はじめての裁判傍聴ツアーVol.12【オープンコート訴訟 —法廷の“秩序”を問う— 原告の意見陳述を傍聴しよう！】を開催いたします。
公共訴訟のことは気になるけれど、ひとりで裁判傍聴に行くのは少しハードルが高い。
そんな方に向けて、CALL4が傍聴ツアーを企画しました。

当日は、原告の鈴木 賢 氏（法学者）、小川秀世 氏（袴田事件弁護団事務局長）、清水一人 氏（袴田サポーターズ・クラブ代表）、および弁護団による意見陳述（法廷スピーチ）が予定されています。原告側の主張を皆さんに直接聴いていただける貴重な機会、ぜひ傍聴にいらしてください。

On February 13th, statements (court speeches) will be presented by the plaintiff, Mr. Ken Suzuki (legal scholar), Mr. Hideyo Ogawa (secretary-general of the Hakamada Case defense team), Mr. Kazuto Shimizu (representative of the Hakamada Supporters' Club), and the defense team. This is a valuable opportunity to hear the plaintiffs' arguments directly—please attend as an observer.
