アーカイブプロジェクト第3弾として、マクリーン事件の訴訟記録を公開します。
グローバリズムと社会の多様化が進む中、憲法上の権利を国籍で区別することにどこまでの合理性があるのか。
原告と国のどちらの主張に説得力があるか読み比べていただければ幸いです。
訴訟資料は、弁護団から提供していただきました。
本ケースに対する寄付は、当時、訴訟を組織的に支援したJCLUに送付されます。
