「あきらめるのも特権です」。900人が問いかける、この暑さに手を打たない国の責任 - 気候正義訴訟で声を上げる、斎藤幸平さんや若者たちと、島昭宏弁護士のストーリーと題する新しいストーリーを掲載しました。
全国約900人の原告が、国に対し、消極的な気候政策により平穏生活権（気候享受権）が侵害されたとして損害の賠償を求めて提訴をした気候正義訴訟－Climate Justice－の原告と弁護団へのインタビューです。ぜひご一読ください。
なお、本訴訟は、明日2026年10月9日(金) 15:00から、東京地裁で第１回口頭弁論期日が予定されています。
