First-Time Court Observation Tour Vol. 16 at the Tokyo High Court:
“Forced Shaving and Disciplinary Punishment in Prison: A Handwritten Lawsuit Challenging the Illegality of Treatment Ignoring Medical Opinions — Come Observe the Plaintiff’s Court Statement.”
If you are interested in public interest litigation but feel that attending a court hearing on your own might be intimidating, this tour is designed especially for you.
