はじめての裁判傍聴ツアーVol.6【ジャーナリストに渡航の自由を！訴訟】当事者尋問を傍聴しよう！を開催いたします！
公共訴訟のことは気になるけれど、ひとりで裁判傍聴に行くのは少しハードルが高い。そんな方に向けて、CALL4が傍聴ツアーを企画しました。この機会にぜひ、一緒に裁判を体感してみませんか？
今回のケースは、「ジャーナリストに渡航の自由を！訴訟」です。

国からパスポートの発給を拒否され、海外へ渡航できなくなった安田純平さんが、発給拒否処分が違憲・違法であるとして、2020年1月9日に国を相手にパスポートの発給等を求めている訴訟です。
今回傍聴ツアーを実施するのは、こちらの訴訟の第15回口頭弁論期日です。原告である安田純平さんご本人への当事者尋問が実施されます。

【裁判傍聴】6/20（火）13:00集合、13:30～15:30傍聴予定
6/20(火)13時に、東京地方裁判所正面玄関前に集合。CALL4スタッフが法廷にご案内します。

※傍聴券配布（抽選）となる可能性があります。必ず法廷で傍聴できることをお約束するものではありませんのでご了承ください。
※傍聴は途中入退室自由です。
【報告会＆交流会】6/20（火）16:00～17:00予定
傍聴終了後は、裁判所から歩いて行ける会場に移動して、弁護団・原告による報告会と交流会を行います。

Are you interested in public litigations? But you have never been to a court hearing? It is a bit of a challenge to go to a court on your own. CALL4 has organized a court hearing group tour for everyone interested in public litigations.
Anyone can observe court proceedings, and you don’t even need to bring your identification documents to enter a court. Attending a trial also gives power to the plaintiff and shows the court that the case matters to us! Let’s attend a court hearing together!
This will be the sixth court hearing tour organized by CALL4. We are going to visit the questioning of a witness of the "A lawsuit for unconstitutional denial of passport issuance case".
