新たなケースとして、大阪市はカジノ事業者との協議録を開示せよ！訴訟が登録されました。
大阪府と大阪市は、カジノ(IR)を推進しています。大阪市とカジノ事業者との間の交渉を明らかにするため、協議記録などを開示請求したところ、全部不開示になりました。行政プロセスの透明化を求め提訴します。
As a new case, "Osaka City should disclose the consultation record with the casino operator! Case" has been posted.
Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City are promoting casinos (IR). In order to clarify the negotiations between Osaka City and the casino operator, we requested disclosure of the consultation records, etc., but all of them were not disclosed. We will file a lawsuit for transparency of the administrative process.
