国や自治体の入札データは、談合を見つけ、税金の使われ方を検証するための重要な公共情報です。京都大学の中林純教授が、国に10年分のデータをCD-ROMで開示するよう求めたところ、示された手数料は324万5350円でした。この訴訟は、手数料額を裁判で争えることと、市民が実際に利用できる適正な手数料のあり方を求める訴訟です。

Case Summary:
The bidding data from the national and local governments is important public information to find illegal collusion and inspect how taxes are used. Prof. Jun Nakabayashi requested that the national government disclose the data via CD-ROM, and the government set the fee at 3,245,350 yen. This lawsuit aims to confirm that the fee is disputable in trials and call for a reasonable processing fee that truly allows people to access the information.
