新たなケースとして、「気候正義訴訟ーClimate Justiceー」が掲載されました。
ケース概要：
パリ協定は気温上昇を産業革命以前比で1.5℃以内に抑えることを求めており、これを超過すれば地球規模で壊滅的被害が生じると科学的に示されています。しかし日本政府が2025年に定めた排出削減目標はこれに整合しません。全国452人の原告が、国に対し、消極的な気候政策により平穏生活権（気候享受権）が侵害されたとして損害の賠償を求める訴訟です。

A new case, "Litigation for Climate Justice" has been posted.
Case Summary:
Scientific evidence indicates that exceeding the threshold of temperature increase of 1.5 degree compared to pre-industrial level will result in catastrophic climate change. The same is also stipulated in the Paris Agreement. However, the emission reduction targets established by the Japanese government in 2025 are inappropriate to this goal.
This lawsuit, filed by 452 plaintiffs from across Japan, seeks state compensation due to violation of their right to a peaceful life, particularly, the right to safe climate.
