2020年、アメリカ国籍のマーク・ゴードンさんは、石鹸をゴミ箱に投げ入れたという理由だけで暴力的な拘束を受けました。複数のヘルニア手術歴があるにもかかわらず、職員に激しく押さえつけられ、首、背中、四肢を押さえつけられました。呼吸困難に陥り病院へ搬送を訴えたにもかかわらず、放置されました。これは人種差別的な虐待であり、拷問および人権侵害です。

A new case, "Racist Violence Perpetrated by Immigration officials - Justice for Mark Gordon" has been posted.
Case Summary:
In 2020 American national Mark Gordon was subject to violent restraint merely for throwing a soap bar into a waste basket. Despite having had multiple hernia operations he was aggressively thrust by officers, pinned down on his neck, back and limbs and neglected while suffering a respiratory attack and calling to be taken to hospital. This is degrading racist abuse which must be recognised as torture and a violation of human rights.
