その日、原告が一匹の子グマに対して放った弾丸は、紛れもなく、近隣住民をクマ被害から守るためのものでした。原告は市から依頼を受け、周囲の状況に配慮して発射しましたが、その8ヶ月後、危険な発射行為だったとして、原告が猟銃を所持する許可が取り消されてしまいます。このケースは、猟銃所持の許可の取消しは違法であると主張し、クマ被害に対応するハンターの地位、市民の安全や平穏な生活環境を守るための訴訟です。 The plaintiff in this case is a hunter who protected local residents by culling a brown bear at the request of the local municipality. However, two months after the incident, his gun license was revoked for allegedly “dangerous” shooting. This lawsuit aims to reverse this unreasonable revocation and ensure that hunters in Japan could continue to cull bears without fears of arbitrary government decisions.
