公文書改ざんを強いられ自死に追い詰められた赤木俊夫さん(財務省近畿財務局勤務)。赤木さんに改ざんを命じたのは、財務省の誰なのか？政治家の関与はなかったのか？本当に責任を取るべき者は誰なのか、情報公開訴訟を通じて問います。 Toshio Akagi (working at Kinki Local Finance Bureau, Ministry of Finance) was forced to falsify official documents and was forced to die.
