公文書改ざんを強いられ自死に追い詰められた赤木俊夫さん(財務省近畿財務局勤務)。赤木さんに改ざんを命じたのは、財務省の誰なのか？政治家の関与はなかったのか？本当に責任を取るべき者は誰なのか、情報公開訴訟を通じて問います。 Toshio Akagi (working at Kinki Local Finance Bureau, Ministry of Finance) was forced to falsify official documents and was forced to die. 1月17日本日，通算で4回目となる期日があり，本格審理へ向けて以下のように決まりました。
- 原告は，1月中に開示文書(赤木ファイル)を証拠として裁判所に提出する
- 被告は，1月24日までに，書面で引用した審査会の裁決書を提出する
- 裁判所は，書証提出後1週間で請求の趣旨案を示す
- 原告は被告準備書面に反論する(2月17日締め切り)
次回に向けた，被告(国)準備書面とこれに対する当方の反論が，裁判全体の流れを決めそうな状況です。
On January 17, Japan, the fourth date in total was held, and the following decisions were made for full-scale proceedings.
- The plaintiff will submit the disclosure document (Akagi file) as evidence to the court within January.
- Defendant submits the decision of the Board cited in writing by January 24
- The court presents a draft of the purpose of the request one week after the documentary evidence is submitted.
- Plaintiffs Rebut Defendant Brief (Deadline February 17)
The defendant's (country's) brief and my counterargument for the next trial are likely to determine the flow of the entire trial.
