長崎大学が計画し、国が支援するＢＳＬ４施設は、エボラウイルスのような致死的病原体を扱います。
しかし、住宅地から５０ｍしか離れていないため、住民はいつ感染するか、怯える毎日を送らなければなりません。
ウイルスに感染する恐怖から近隣住民を守るため、ＢＳＬ４施設の差止訴訟を提起します。
Help us to stop the construction of BSL4 facility near a residential area by Nagasaki University, which is funded by the government but opposed by most of the residents.

2023年（令和5年）7月11日に第１回裁判が開かれました。
事前集会でも、原告や支援者の皆さんが、熱気あるスピーチをしてくださいました。
国側は「準備にあと２か月欲しい。」と述べたため、次回は10月3日11時になりました。
次回は弁論準備のため、傍聴していただくことができません。
当日の集会や裁判の様子はマスコミでも報道いただきました。

The first trial was held on July 11, 2023 (Reiwa 5).
At the preliminary meeting, the plaintiffs and their supporters gave enthusiastic speeches.
The country side said, "I want two more months for preparation," so the next time will be 11:00 on October 3rd.
I will not be able to attend the hearing next time as I am preparing for the hearing.
The mass media reported on the meeting and the trial that day.
