LINEアプリと身分証明書のみ手元にあれば、いつでも、どこでも、住民票の請求ができるというサービスが、2020年4月東京都渋谷区で始まりました。
その直後、総務省はストップを掛けました。オンライン請求では、マイナンバーカードを使った電子署名を行えという主張です。
技術革新は誰のためのものか、これを問う裁判です。
