法律上の性別が同じ人どうしは、日本では結婚できません。
2019年2月14日、札幌、東京、名古屋、大阪の各地方裁判所で提訴、9月5日には福岡地裁でも提訴しました。
さらに、2021年3月26日、東京地裁で新たに提訴しました。
本ケースは、日本初の同性婚についての集団訴訟（「結婚の自由をすべての人に」訴訟）です。
法律上の性別にかかわらず結婚できることを目指しています。 A class-action lawsuit for the right to same sex marriage, the first of its kind in Japan.
We filed law suits in the district courts of Sapporo, Tokyo, Nagoya , Osaka and Fukuoka.
