大阪拘置所では、胃腸に疾患がある収容されている人に「代替食」を提供します。「代替食」は、毎食の主食が粥食で、肉類や揚げ物などの固形物が一切なく、また汁物の調味料が通常の半分で極めて薄味なものです。Aさんは大阪拘置所に入るまでは普通の食事を食べることができていました。しかし、大阪拘置所では「代替食」を強制されています。この裁判は、Aさんが、普通の食事、普通の生活を取り戻そうとする裁判です。
At the Osaka Detention Center, detainees with gastrointestinal conditions are put on a restricted “alternative diet” that consists only of rice porridge as the main food and barely seasoned soup without any solid foods. In this case, though Mr. A has a gastrointestinal condition, he was able to eat regular meals before detention. However, he is now forced to adopt this “alternative diet.” This lawsuit represents Mr. A’s fight to regain access to a normal meals and a basic quality of life.

本日は第４回弁論準備手続期日でした。
本日は法律上の主張に関する書面も提出しました。
書面はまだアップロードできておりませんが、近日中にアップロードしたいと思います。
書面の中では、逆流性食道炎の治療においては軟菜食の支給が必須ではないこと、
また軟菜食の内容について、大阪拘置所のように、大豆たんぱく等が多用されることは、社会においても、他の刑事施設においても見られないこと等を指摘しました。
次回は被告（国）側が反論する期日となっております。
次回は７月１６日（水）午前１１時３０分からです。

We also filed a legal brief today.
I haven't been able to upload the document yet, but I hope to do so soon.
The document states that the provision of soft vegetable meals is not mandatory for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,
Regarding the content of the soft vegetable diet, the report pointed out that the heavy use of soy protein, as seen in Osaka Detention House, is not seen in society or in other penal facilities.
The next hearing will be the date for the defendant (government) to make a rebuttal.
The next session will be on Wednesday, July 16th at 11:30am.

法律上の主張が本日まで間に合いませんでした。

2024年12月6日（金） 11時から、第2回弁論準備手続期日がウェブ上で行われました。
１１月いっぱいで当方で書面を提出する予定でしたが、準備が間に合わず、当方の書面の提出期限を延長することとしました。
応援して下さる方々に対しても、大変申し訳なく思います。
ただ、前回の期日までの間に国から提出された書面について、追加で提出を求める必要があると考え、その書面の提出も追加で求めています。
次回までに、国がその書面の提出の対応を行い、その書面の内容も踏まえて当方の書面を提出いたします。
次回の期日は３月１９日（水）午後１時半からです。
引き続き宜しくお願い致します。
We had planned to submit the documents at the end of November, but we were unable to complete the preparations in time, so we have decided to extend the deadline for submitting our documents.
We are very sorry to those who have supported us. However, we feel that we need to request additional documents regarding the documents submitted by the government up until the previous deadline, and we are requesting that these be submitted as well.
The government will handle the submission of those documents by the next hearing, and we will submit our documents based on the contents of those documents.
The next hearing is Wednesday, March 19th, at 1:30 pm.
