かつての沼津市長は、原告らが住む沼津市と駿東郡清水町外原区とが接する地域において、二度とごみ焼却場を作らないと約束し、住民との間で覚書を取り交わしました。しかし、現・市長はこの覚書を無視して、同じ地域に新しいごみ焼却場を作ろうとしています。このような行政の約束破りは、実は全国で相次いでいます。この訴訟は、行政に住民との約束を守らせるための訴訟です。 The residents of Sotohara-ku, Shimizu-cho and the mayor of Numazu once exchanged a memorandum of understanding not to build an incinerator on this site again. However, the current mayor of Numazu made a plan to build a new intermediate treatment facility (incinerator) at the place where the memorandum was exchanged, and proceeded with the procedure and budgeted. 60 or so Numazu citizens filed a lawsuit demanding an injunction to stop the expenditure of the budget, claiming that this was illegal and that it was illegal. is causing

市民がつくる沼津のごみプランの会　

静岡県沼津市・駿東郡清水町・三島市のメンバーが中心になって活動しています(^ ^)

昭和４９年に近隣地区である清水町外原区住民と沼津市長との間で、現在ごみ処理場があるところと同じエリアには、ごみ処理場を作らないという覚書が正式に交わされたにも拘らず、沼津市長は現在同じエリアでごみ処理場新設の計画を進めています。

およそ５０年耐えてきた地元住民の皆さんの安全と暮らす権利を求めて、反対運動ではなく未来に向けた解決策として
燃やさないごみ処理の実現を目指し活動しています。
