２０２１年３月６日、名古屋入管に収容されていたウィシュマ・サンダマリさんが死亡しました。２月１５日に行なわれた尿検査はウィシュマさんが饑餓（きが）状態にあることを示していました。自分で体を起こすことも、食事をすることも、トイレもできないほど衰弱していました。しかし、ウィシュマさんに適切な医療は提供されませんでした。この訴訟を通じて、なぜこのようなことが起きたのかを明らかにしたいと思います。 On March 6, 2021, Ms. Wishma Sandamali, a detainee at Nagoya Immigration Bureau, died. She was too weak to sit up, eat, or use the toilet by herself. However, no proper medical care was provided.
