The meeting for discussing further proceedings was held on July 1st.

At the beginning, the plaintiff's documents ( 1st brief, Exhibit Ko No. 28-30, statement of evidence ) were confirmed.

After that, the court asked some kind of technical matters: which act in the articles are treated as corresponds to the application and acceptance; what are the requirements for the receipt delegation contract to be concluded with the secretariat; and if both exclusion provisions become invalid, whether the gift contract will be automatically concluded or not.

The court also asked the state to respond to the plaintiff's clarification.

The state agent replied that he did not plan to answer because it seems unlikely that the plaintiff's counterargument would require a state response, but the court urged him to take it back and consider it. Said he would take it back and consider it. We are paying attention to the future response of the country.

The court explained that it would hold another proceedings discussion next time, confirm the national documents regarding these technical points and explanations, and then return to the oral argument date.

 The next due date is from 11:00 am on September 24th. Please note that the next meeting will be due for discussions and will not be available for hearing.
