両手に手錠をはめられたまま始められた検事の取調べ中、片方の手錠が外されるや突然白目をむいて意識不明となり不審な死を遂げたネパール国籍の男性の遺族が、身体拘束及びその解除の方法が不適切であったために男性が死亡したとして国家賠償請求を提起した事件です。 A Napalese man was handcuffed throughout the interrogation, lost consciousness soon after being released one of the handcuffs, and finally passes away. The bereaved family started this state compensation lawsuit to question the appropriateness of the physical constraint and treatment under custody.

当方医学鑑定書に対する東京都の反論書面、取調検事の過失に関する国の反論書面が陳述される予定です。
また、この間に国より開示された保護室内でアルジュンさんを緊縛する様子及び護送する様子が撮影されたハンドカメラの映像も証拠調べされます。既に開示されていた監視カメラでは聞き取れなかった、アルジュンさんの痛みを訴える生々しい声を聞くことができる映像でした･･･。
また、この間に国より開示された保護室内でアルジュンさんを緊縛する様子及び護送する様子が撮影されたハンドカメラの映像も証拠調べされます。既に開示されていた監視カメラでは聞き取れなかった、アルジュンさんの痛みを訴える生々しい声を聞くことができる映像でした･･･。
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's counter-argument against our medical opinion and the national counter-argument regarding the negligence of the interrogation prosecutor will be stated. In addition, evidence will be examined from the hand camera footage of Mr. Arjun being tied up and escorted in the protection room disclosed by the government during this period. It was a video that I could hear the vivid voice complaining of Mr. Arjun's pain, which I could not hear with the surveillance camera that had already been disclosed.
