明日3月17日(金)15時15分より、判決直後の緊急イベント「アルジュンさんの取調べ中の突然死、国の責任は認められるのか？！」を開催いたします。
検事の取調べ中、突然白目をむいて意識不明となり不審な死を遂げたネパール国籍の男性の遺族が、身体拘束及びその解除の方法が不適切であったために男性が死亡したとして国家賠償請求を提起した事件「ネパール人取調べ中死亡国賠訴訟事件」の東京地裁判決が3/17(金)14時に言い渡されます。
本報告会ではそれを受けて、弁護団や支援者からの解説、遺族からのメッセージをお届けする予定でございます。
