CALL4 Podcast第13回目は、『ジャーナリストに渡航の自由を！訴訟』裁判長の人事異動問題についてお届けします。
国を訴えた裁判で裁判長だった人物が、突然、国側の弁護士のトップに！？ーージャーナリストの安田純平さんが国にパスポートの再発給を求めている東京地裁の『ジャーナリストに渡航の自由を！訴訟』の裁判長だった人物が、今年9月1日付けで、法務省の訟務（しょうむ）局長に異動となって波紋を呼びました。
訟務局長とは、国側の代理人として訴訟活動をおこなう訟務検事を束ねる立場です。このような直接の異動は初めてのことで、「明らかにアンフェアだ」として原告側弁護団は求釈明を申し立て、さらに多くの弁護士が共同声明を出して問題提起をしています。
「本件が裁判に与える影響とは？」「そもそも人事交流はどうあるべきか？」……原告側弁護団長の岩井信弁護士に詳しく聞きました。
