【PART1】 「公共訴訟ってなに？〜社会を変える手段としての裁判〜」
「結婚の平等」「教員の長時間労働是正」等をめざして裁判を起こした原告やその支援者、弁護士によるトークライブです。国・自治体を相手に社会課題の解決をめざして起こす、公共訴訟の持つ可能性についてを語り合います。

【PART2】「U30が政治家になれる社会をつくるには？〜公共訴訟で“被選挙年齢引き下げ”作戦会議」
「もし、3年後の参院選にU30のわたしが出馬しようとしたら…？」日本では参議院・知事選には満30歳以上、衆議院・地方議会選挙などは満25歳以上でないと立候補できません。
若者の政治参加の壁になる、立候補可能年齢や選挙活動などの制限を、司法によるアクションで変えられないか？の作戦会議を行います。

NO YOUTH NO JAPANとは？
大学生を中心とした団体で、若い世代の政治参加をもっと身近なものにすることを目指して2019年7月の参議院議員選挙のときに活動開始。Instagramメディアの運営や、イベント、キャンペーンのプロデュースを通してU30世代へ、一緒にこれからの社会を考えていく入り口をつくる活動をされています。
Instagramは10万人以上のフォロワーがおり、若者が気軽に社会課題について学ぶことのできるメディアを運営中です。

About "NO YOUTH NO JAPAN"
The group is led by university students and started its activities at the time of the House of Councillors election in July 2019 with the aim of making political participation of the younger generation more accessible to the U30 generation through the management of Instagram media, events, and campaign production. We are working to create an entry point for the U30 generation to think about society in the future together through managing Instagram media, producing events and campaigns.
With more than 100,000 followers on Instagram, they are currently managing a media outlet that allows young people to casually learn about social issues.
