アーカイブプロジェクト第1弾として、レペタ訴訟の訴訟記録を公開します。
この訴訟の最高裁判決まで、法廷でメモを取ることは禁止されていました。
現在、法廷傍聴で詳細なメモを取り、ウェブ記事にしたり、学習に役立てることができるのは、提訴を決意したレペタさんと、支援した弁護団の尽力によるもので、まさに「社会的課題の解決」を実現した訴訟の一つです。
訴訟資料は、原告となったレペタさんと弁護団から提供していただきました。
本ケースに対する寄付は、当時、訴訟を組織的に支援したJCLUに送付されます。

As the first archive project, we will publish the legal record of Repeta case.
Until this case decision, taking notes in court was prohibited. It is possible to take detailed notes in court hearings, make web articles, and use them for learning today, because of the efforts of plaintiff Repeta who has decided to file a lawsuit and the lawyers who supported it.
This Is one of the lawsuits that realized social good.
The court case data was provided by Mr. Repeta and his defense team.
The donation for this case will then be sent to JCLU, who has systematically supported the case.
